My previous mechanic for my cars had retired. I decided to give Adam's Autoworx a try as they had good Yelp reviews and were close to home. I had my Audi S5 serviced by them. I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Check in only took a few minutes and was professionally handled. They texted me after they did an inspection with issues they found providing pictures and suggestions. They then followed up with a phone call where we went over each issue. There was no pressure on getting my approval for work and were clear that repairs could be delayed for a while if I so desired. I chose to approve the repairs rather than leaving them to fester. They were able to complete the service and the repairs within 24 hours. I was extremely pleased with their work and how I was treated. I plan on using them as my go to service and repair stop from now on.
