I came to Adams Autoworx to get a second opinion on the state of my Camry. They were fast, reliable, and had very reasonable prices for all of their services. They were able to answer any and all of my questions, also taking the time to explain anything I had questions or concerns about. I needed my brakes completely replaced fast and I called ahead and they were able to do it the same day. I will be sending friends & family to them.

I brought my car to this shop for a second opinion since the first shop I went to quoted me an absurd amount. They gave me a detailed report that described my car’s issues with pictures and all. They also thoroughly checked the issues reported by the first shop, most of which weren’t issues at all. There was work to be done though, and this shop worked with me to get a reasonable plan in place that was a fraction of the first shop’s price. They were friendly, caring, informative, and knowledgeable. Above all, they really put in an effort to involve me and treat me with respect. It’s a rare luxury to have both trust and confidence in a car shop. I’m not absolutely dreading needing to get my car serviced again!

I always get quality service! Becky is my go to gal and is so easy to work with. The serendipity for me this time was having Don Zerner work on my car. I've known him since he was 5!! 😀

Adams Autoworx did my repair within major constraints. I called two days before Thanksgiving and was given an appointment for the next day. The diagnosis was performed before noon, and I got the call from the service advisor for authorization. Unfortunately, the part had to be shipped. The estimated completion for the repair was pushed out to the following Monday. But since I had to return the rental before 4 pm on Monday, the technician began the breakdown on Wednesday, and that reduced the turnaround for Monday. I was able to pick up the car and drop off the rental in plenty of time.
