I brought in my suv for a noise it was making and left it for a diagnosis. They text and called me with all the details of the work it needed. I took it back in the next day with the expectation that it would be a few days before I would get it back since it needed suspension work among other things and to my surprise I got a call at 4:30p the same day that my suv was done. I was beyond excited even my coworker who had similar work done on her suv at a dealership was shocked because they had hers for 2 weeks. I can definitely feel the difference and im thankful for the great work Jose did. I feel safe and I really appreciated the text alerts that kept me updated. Will most definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I would recommend Adams Autoworx to anyone because they just give you great service. I brought my vehicle in recently and my service rep, Becky, always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. On top of the great service, the staff is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience at Adams.

Excellent service

Excellent customer service with honesty. David assisted me and was very friendly. Dropped my car off to get a diagnosis and quote for an oil leak. Initially, got a quote to perform the oil leak repair but after disassembling parts to get a better assessment, the technician found the main source of the leak to be different from the original assessment and informed me of the finding instead of proceeding with the original work, which would have not fixed the main source of the oil leak. Ended up not performing the repair due to the extensive amount of work and associated costs not justified by the value of the car. I would certainly choose this shop for my future auto repair needs.

This shop performed excellent work, performed a thorough inspection and improved the overall performance and safety of my vehicle, I will be using them as my primary shop for the foreseeable future
