I had excellent service. I was able to get an appointment on the same day for an oil change and brake replacement. They understood the unique aspects of supporting a BMW. They provided an uber back to my house. The pricing was reasonable. Everyone was friendly and professional.

I made an appointment for a check engine light, brought my car in the morning on a Friday and it wasn't seen at all that day, they had to keep through the weekend and into Monday. I appreciate the loner car but really should not take appointments if they do not have time to look at the car. Also, because my car is still under warranty with the dealership, they did not do a quote for fixing, I appreciate the advice and honesty about that however they turned off the check engine light which makes it harder to get the warranty at the dealership-so in future, if engine light is on and the issue is not remedied, keep the light on.

Adams is always The kindness, most knowledgeable, professional people in town ! have been going there since it was Bud Adams auto repair on Lake Chabot rd .This trip was no different although they found more issues with my older GMC Duramax then I would’ve liked. I appreciate their thoroughness on inspection. Their new video inspections make it clearer and easier than ever, To see and understand the problems they might find with your vehicle.
