Base Fees

1. Customer agrees to pay a non-refundable retainer / Find-It Fee of $250 for broker services, this amount is due in advance. Services on customers behalf commences immediately upon agreement with Aaron’s Auto Brokerage & Sales. Regardless of whether the customer later decides to rescind purchase order the $250 fee is fully earned at the time this agreement is executed. However, the retainer / $250 Find-It Fee will be refunded back to customer when vehicle is purchased from Aaron’s Auto Brokerage & Sales.
2. Total Vehicle Costs. The Customer will be responsible for all the following costs and fees at the time of vehicle delivery:
   “All fees are based on budget set by customer”
   1. The actual purchase price of the vehicle paid to the sales facility;
   2. Any sales facility charges (buy fee, etc.);
   3. A 5.5% Broker’s fee;
   4. Any transportation, inspection, reconditioning or maintenance charges;
      and
   5. All standard documentary, license, titling, smog and official fees.

I will	Look for a vehicle that comes close to or matches your wish list.* Determine the vehicle’s condition, collect its available history and take pictures to show you.
You decide	If this vehicle meets your standards.
If you say ‘Yes’	I’ll purchase the vehicle at cost (passing the savings on to you). Have the vehicle fully inspected, take care of any warranty or recall items, and fix or replace anything not up to par.** I’ll have it detailed. Arrange financing if needed. Complete all DMV Paperwork.
