The folks at Adams Autoworx have always been straightforward and easy to do business with. I usually dread going to auto shops because I'm afraid to be surprised by the numbers they are going to throw at me as well as push recommendations on what to do with my car. The professionals here, though, take the time to explain any issues and work with you to ensure you understand what is needed vs. nice to have. I am very grateful to have found them. I also worked with Robert, who went above and beyond to help me deal with my car insurance company, to save me from paying an extra deductible when it was not necessary. He took it upon himself to fully explain the situation to them, which not only ended in a fair result but also saved me hundreds of dollars. I appreciate their customer-first mentality and will be bringing my cars to them from now on. Thank you!

I dropped off the car at the appointment time and needed it back in 2 1/2 hours for an unforeseen doctor's appointment. Becky called the service manager to make sure the service would fit into the given time slot. The car was ready exactly at the time promised. As I got ready to drove off a small item fell between the seat and the console. Becky offered without hesitation to help and she was able to retrieve it. Thank you Becky!!!
