Great service and kind staffs!

I called to Trevor and I told him I wanted to get out of town before crazy got crazier during this pandemic. I asked Trevor if he would please take a look at my car and let me know if he thought I was safe to takeoff to wherever it was I thought I was going? Trevor noticed right away my front tires were not looking very good and they needed to be replaced soon. The tires were ordered and delivered within the next or the following day. I thought great… I’m gonna pack a bag and get out of crazy. Well, shelter in place made its presence known. I have not actually driven away to wherever yet, but I do have a packed bag and two new tires on my car now thanks to Trevor! Hopefully, when the time is right and restrictions are lifted I will be able to take that drive to wherever it is I feel like I need to be. The entire shop was very kind and genuinely very friendly. My kind of people… The cost was under what was originally thought to be and obviously we all love when that happens. Just saying. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your professional quality and personal kind and friendly interaction is what I will be relaying to my friends and family when the time comes for some vehicle attention. I don’t even live here but had my car break down and my Friend here recommended you and as soon as I got there I knew I was in the right place everyone was so friendly and helpful... I would give anything to have a repair shop like this that I feel so comfortable with and feel is trustworthy. I feel like I have made friends here and they will do everything to help me to have a totally trustworthy car again. I am paying a lot of money to fix this car and they know how hard it is for me to do this and they are going out of their way to make it easier and by being very understanding.

They took such good care of me! They helped me with a tire that had a nail in it and could not be repaired so they have me a new tire at a great price and had me on my way in no time!!!! I will be back for sure and I will be recommending them to my friends and family!!

Fantastic! Took my car there after battery dying issues. They promptly took care of my battery, ran diagnostic tests, gave me a comprehensive list of items with pictures, that needed to be done and designated each with the level of import to fix. They were friendly, professional and the price was right. I am a fan!

OMG, where do I start with the excellent customer service and follow-up during this Corona Virus issue. Thank you to Jim for his guidance and experience in resolving my vehicle issue - it was repaired in one-day - which I greatly appreciated. This was my first visit to Bud Adams Autoworx, but it won't be my last - they made me feel like the customer comes first, which is hard to find these days.. Thank You All so much
