This was our first time! Our son recommended it! He was highly impressed with all parts of this business. We went in expecting to have to wait as they were VERY busy. But Bill listened to my car and said"Should not drive it!". Generously let us use a loaner. I expected it to take a few days. But amazingly took it in yesterday,and have it back today Friday! Great friendly service.I did not even have to call insurance company.They contacted them for me and they kept me informed every step of the way.They also offered me a ride to and from there shop.I use to get my truck serviced at Ford service department,But I ‘ll be going to Adams from now on.Much better ,faster, friendlier service.

EVERYONE IS SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL II

My second visit to Adams Autoworx was, once again, a good overall experience. Becky was courteous as I checked in. She offered an Uber/Lyft so I could go home and work while my car was being serviced. I appreciated that courtesy. When I called to check on the progress of the repair work, Mellisa was courteous on the phone and gave me the info I needed. Mellisa suggested that I get the air filter replaced along with the already-agreed-upon service items. She gave me an estimated time of completion which was accurate. When I picked up the car, Becky had the documents ready, I paid, and the car was parked conveniently next to the office so I could drive off and go on with my day. Good service. Courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. I really feel that the Uber/Lyft option is a nice courtesy--a big plus. Oh, and the front main office was clean too-- Bodhi Allan Reyes Castro Valley
