Thanks for asking, regarding your service quality! Your staff treated my vehicle with prompt attention and your communication, and updates were, I felt, timely and to the point. The one issue that I've noticed, which came back after a few days driving, was the "shudder" when moving forward from a complete stop. I would compare this with the old days clutches not fully engaging upon moving forward from a stopped position. My Honda is, of course, an automatic transmission. Other than that I will gladly continue doing business with AdamsAutoworx! If the above issue sounds important please let me know asap.
