every time I bring my car to Bud Adams, I know three things: 1. I will get a fair and accurate assessment. 2. I know the job will be well done and that they stand behind their work. 3. Most importantly, I know that these people treat their customers with honor and integrity. The car repair business has something of a tarnished reputation. Everyone at Bud Adams proves that it doesn't have to be that way. They're a fantastic example of how things should be!

The staff at Bud Adams was very helpful, informative, and quick in changing both the front and back brake pads. I never feel like I'm going to get overcharged, as they are thorough yet honest about what the car needs.

First time visit with a car with much "deferred maintenance." Only minor service and diagnostics requested. They understood my priorities for our older car. Melissa the GM was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, assisting me in sorting more critical work needed in the near future from the less important items. Becky was very helpful as well. Bud Adams is a great place to get your car serviced. They give you and your car personalized attention. The service is always great and I never get any surprises on the bill. They always notify me if there is an unexpected expense before they perform the service. My wife, her mother, and I always have our cars serviced by Bud Adam. I would recommend them unreservedly.
