The first day I dropped it off they said they’d call me later that day, it was getting close to closing so I called the store to follow up on my car. They said they’re finishing up and will call me back soon, they never called until the next day. Other than that everything was great from customer service to having everything on my car taken care of

Easily 5 stars. From my first contact with Melissa on the phone to face-to-face with David and Becky. I was met with courteous, helpful, approachable, and professionals at Autoworx. The only knock that I can think of is they need a parking lot that is equal to their great service.

Whole service went smoothly, no surprises, David kept me informed on progress & possible other services that could be done. And as this was our 1st service by Adams with this vehicle, he did not have whole record of our car. He left those choices up to me, & after checking my prior service records from the dealership I elected to go forward on David’s recommendation. Vehicle was finished in timely manner & we have a reliable shop for future maintenance. Thanks
