My Kia Optima Hybrid detected a fault in the hybrid battery system so I pulled over and ended up having it towed to Adams where they found a blown safety fuse. Thankfully they were able to replace it and I was on the road again. Thank you Becky for all your help and attention to my needs, you guys definitely made my experience so much easier!

Adams Autoworx is always such a pleasure to work with. They fix the immediate problems and are great at providing a comprehensive report of other issues that might come up but without hard selling you into anything. had an emergency repair come up and they were very helpful and flexible in fitting me in and getting my car back to me asap. I wouldn't say they are cheap but I find them in line with what other repair services charge and I'm confident that they are actually doing quality work, unlike some of the discount auto repair places. They are outstanding in terms of customer service and follow up.

The office was nice and comfortable with wifi. I've been to plenty of auto shops where the offices are unkempt and dingy. Becky was very sweet and effective with our time! Thankful for the folks who changed my tires.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with an auto repair shop. From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my vehicle I was very informed by knowledgeable staff that were courteous and able to accommodate a quick turnaround. They had even offered to drive me to pick up the rental vehicle and allowed me to leave the rental vehicle there to have it picked up. A few things that I appreciate about Adams Autoworkx is there efficiency, knowledge, ability to make the correct repairs, and above all I was very very impressed with the inspection report and findings that they released to be on my vehicle. It was super detailed and very engaging and I was able to pick and choose which repairs I also want to add to the original repair. I definitely would give them an A++ and a special thanks to Becky in service who handled my repairs from start to finish with a smile and cheery disposition.

I've used Autoworx for 25 years (stayed through an ownership change). They've always given my vehicles a thorough inspection. They recommend any immediately necessary repairs & give options and time lines for more minor issues or things that can be delayed if money is an issue. The workmanship has always been good. I've also bought tires there at a good price & rotation is free at maintenance appointments.
