This was my first time using Adams. I was extremely happy with the level of service. I also appreciated the full page color photos and details of their inspection. I was impressed that they let me know which repairs could wait. Overall on a scale of 1 to 5 I'd give them 4.5. I subtracted half a point because they did not asked whether I wanted to replace my air filter until it was time to pay. I was there on-site waiting in their nice clean waiting room (drinking complimentary) So, I had to wait another twenty or thirty minutes while it was installed. Otherwise, they were perfect.
