tldr: The staff is so nice, I interacted with Becky most, she is considerate, helpful, patient, she really cares about you. Great service, I will come back for all mechanic problems in the future. The other day I found a rodent's nest in my car engine department and I was freaked out. I came to Adams, Becky helped me check on my engine and kindly reminded me to contact my insurance to see if I have a related coverage. Later she helped me file a claim, did the virtual inspection and always kept me on the same page. The mechanics did a full inspection, removed any rodent residual, replaced the wires, damaged parts. They also put a plastic cover on your seat when they do the repair job. My past experiences with other repair shops were not so good, they usually had an "I don't care" attitude. So I do appreciate all the staff at Adams Autoworx. Thank you so much!

Quick diagnosis of bad alternator. Repair was at a good price.

I’ve used Adams Autoworx for about 10 years now(it used to be Bud Adams). We’ve taken multiple vehicles to this shop and have always received excellent service. This time around I recently bought a new vehicle and it didn’t come with a front license plate holder, so after getting the part and calling Becky she was able to get me in same day. Trent installed it for me within 10mins and it is seamless. I know I couldn’t have gotten it on that nice. The two of them were super helpful and put my mind at ease (last thing I want is to give chp a reason to pull me over). Another great experience to add to my list and will continue to recommend this shop to family and friends.
