Adams Autoworx excels above 5 Stars. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change online. My appointment was confirmed by text and email. Upon arriving, I was greeted with professionalism and enthusiasm. A Minor Service was recommended based on conversation of my car history. I am grateful for Service Advisor, Becky! Uber service given to take me home! I received an email of the services recommended with pictures. Spoke to Becky on the phone and was given recommendations of the safety repairs to do first! with reasonable cost and the promptly completion. The convenience to pay online was an additional phenomenal 5 Star Service. Thank you to my Mechanic, Kenny for your service!! I have an older car and I am thankful for the minor service recommendation vs just an oil change. I now have a list with pictures of all repairs requested. Knowledgeable, excellent customer service, responsible prices and repairs completions, definitely recommend Adams Autoworx to family, friends and business associates.

They replaced my struts, lower control arms, alignment, new tires, and check out the vehicle for any issues. I do have experience with mechanics and this place is top notch. As good or better than the limited amount of dealers I visit or worked for. Pricing is right on. I fully recommend them and talk to Becky she is sweetheart!

The only complaint I have is that the $50 discount card I gave to Bill upon picking up my vehicle was not applied to the final invoice. I didn't realize it until after I got home. It may sound petty but since we are now living on a fixed retirement income we need help wherever we can get it.

After engine warning lights came on. Autoworx detected 15 possible problem points, and after 3-4 hours, plus research at home by the mechanic, they advised I go to a dealer’s for service which would have more specific testing available for my 16-year old vehicle. They did not want to take me down a trial-and-error road, which could potentially cost me a whole lot of money. They also kept to just their original diagnostic fee, and I appreciate their honesty, candor, and fairness. I would go back here again.
