Adam Autoworx is great auto shop for repairs and maintenance. Both Robert and Betty were very accurate in detailing and fixing my vehicle’s problem, ordering parts from NJ, giving appropriate suggestions along the way on repair work, cost and fixed the damage. It is AAA rating shop and would recommend public for the vehicle maintenance and repair work. They have an excellent team that goes beyond the normal repair work to take care of other problems.

Excellent service beyond the expectations. During regular oil change they spotted a major problem with transmission. Thanks to their diligence, repair covered under warranty.

Third time here, same car, which is coming due for a lot of maintenance I’ve been able to safely put off. They were able to do a LOT of work—including a change to the plan—within a day, and even strayed a few extra minutes so I could go pick up my car after the designated closing time. As soon as I sat in my car and started to go, I could feel the difference—I didn’t even realize how sloppy the steering had become until I drove it after replacing the outer tie rods and lower control arms! I had a few mechanics tell me the lower control arms were going bad for quite some time, so I appreciated Robert calling me to tell me the issue wasn’t the inner tie rods, but the ball joints on the lower control arms. Knowing this has been an issue, I gave the OK to change—especially since their quoted price was actually quite a bit less than others because of the overlapping labor. Plus they sent a lot of great email specials, which provide discounts to routine maintenance and other work that’s needed. Highly recommend!

I received a brake inspection and my brakes done. I was told by another Auto service I need a whole complete set of front and back brakes without inspection. Autoworx is honest. I only needed front brakes and paid far less then what the San Leandro Chrysler service center said for my Jeep Compass. The Staff were professional and very happy people which made their service even more Professional. As an African American this business treated me like a human being they were happy to see and do business with. Becky is an Angel 😇 the rest of the staff especially the Mechanics are happy spirits and very welcoming. They even told me the first and last name of who was working on my car. Thanks you Jose Bonilla. Thank you all for a heavenly experience. I'm staying with Autoworx.
