The folks at Adams Autoworx have always been straightforward and easy to do business with. I usually dread going to auto shops because I'm afraid to be surprised by the numbers they are going to throw at me as well as push recommendations on what to do with my car. The professionals here, though, take the time to explain any issues and work with you to ensure you understand what is needed vs. nice to have. I am very grateful to have found them. I also worked with Robert, who went above and beyond to help me deal with my car insurance company, to save me from paying an extra deductible when it was not necessary. He took it upon himself to fully explain the situation to them, which not only ended in a fair result but also saved me hundreds of dollars.
