I dropped off the car at the appointment time and needed it back in 2 1/2 hours for an unforeseen doctor's appointment. Becky called the service manager to make sure the service would fit into the given time slot. The car was ready exactly at the time promised. As I got ready to drove off a small item fell between the seat and the console. Becky offered without hesitation to help and she was able to retrieve it. Thank you Becky!!!
