Castro Valley Auto Repair

Both Becky and Melissa were professional, helpful, courteous. My partner and I moved to Castro Valley from the Laurel/Redwood Heights area of Oakland a couple of years ago and have been exploring (albeit slowly) businesses and places we could patronize. While the restaurant scene in Castro Valley is starting to improve with better, more consistent offerings, we have found services like automobile repair remarkably better in terms of overall professionalism and quality from the get-go. Adams Autoworx will be my go-to place for my Avalon Hybrid because I received the following: --timely service; --two courteous phone updates; --an Uber ride (thank you!) so I could get some work done while my car was serviced; --the lobby/reception area was clean and neat; --the mechanics at the repair bays were professional in appearance and demeanor; --the car was ready when promised; --Becky and Melissa were helpful, friendly, and professional; --Because I need new tires soon, Becky suggested two options for me to think about for awhile; --overall good place for customers because it's always good to feel like your business is appreciated. --Even the art work in the reception area was tasteful! I Will definitely recommend Adams Autoworx to my neighbors here in Castro Valley-- Bodhi Reyes

I am very satisfied with the work done on my Chevy truck. There was a thorough inspection done on the vehicle, and all the findings that needed work on the vehicle was sent to my iPhone with pictures and to report on what the truck needed. I think that is so cool . They even checked my windshield wiper blades, who does that. The work I had done was very professional, these guys at Bud Adams Autoworx they’re good , And I trust them and the workmanship.I wouldn’t take my vehicles to any other shop. I live in the central valley and it’s 120 miles to and from Bud Adams Autoworx, but it’s really worth it people you can trust to do the job right The first time. Bud Adams auto works there there the best.

My daughter’s car needed a new transmission and other work. Brian took care of everything and kept me posted on the progress. The work was done in a timely manner and we are happy to have a running car.
