Friendly, neighborly, helpful. Just the kind of place I went to while growing up with my dad when he took his car in for service. I made an appointment for three services, they took me right in and said it would take about three hours. The services were completed in 2 1/2! I try to follow the manufacturer's service manual so Bud's Auto made no recommendations for other services but certainly advised what future services I might consider for my next service interval. A big difference from the "auto chains" which try to add several services.

The service was awesome right from the moment I walked through the door. The mechanic walk me through what might be wrong. I was consistently called with updates and how I wanted to proceed. Completely satisfied!

I had my 2011 Toyota Camry in for its 90k mile service. I was pleased with the service. I just wish the car wash was included in the service.
