I brought in my car this morning to Bud Adams with a starter problem. The problem turned out to be something simple, so they fixed it quickly and I was on my car in just a few minutes. Great service, friendly folks, and very helpful!

I am always impressed with their helpfulness and honesty. Two times in the recent past I have taken my car in for an oil change and mentioned that I wanted other things checked as it is getting older but they checked it out for free and recommended only work needed such as a leaking battery and bad brake light, windshield wipers. They told me honestly that the brakes have 50% wear left rather than saying they need to be done. Same with he A/C. They said it was all checked out and tested fine. They could have made more money but they chose not to UPSELL me like so many other auto repair locations and they know I will be back when I really need those items replaced or repaired because I can trust them. They also are so kind in offering to pick me up or drop me home if I don't have a ride. A true privately run business that cares about the customers.
