This is thefirst time I used Adamsautowex for installing tires. Price on tires and installation was reasonable. I didn't expect the bonus of a comprehensive maintenance service report which layed out full descriptions and costs of needed repairs. There was no pressure to have them do repairs and open discussion about less costly fixes. Overall a great experience.

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation, Ernesto took care of everything and as I was about to pick up luckily they checked my battery was operating at a low performance. Changed it out for me quickly thanks

Very friendly service. I had made appointment with Big O Tires and when I got there- the customer service was so bad. Didn’t get an acknowledgment for a full 5 minutes I was standing there at the front desk. I just walked out and found online a nearby place and called and got a friendly voice and was able to drop by and get a flat tire fixed with fast and friendly service.
