My experience with Adams has been great. I initially found them because my previous mechanic lost their main mechanic and had to close down. I went in with a coolant leak and found out I needed to replace my entire radiator along with other parts and hoses. This repair cost me over $3000. I was a little nervous at first because this was my first time dealing with them, but they did a wonderful job. The second time I came in I had my oil changed and general maintenance. When I arrived to pick my car up I noticed a crack in my windshield that wasn’t there before. Instead of going back and forth with me about whether the damage was there before, they decided to do the right thing and replace my windshield. I really appreciate this because I didn’t want to have to search for a new mechanic over this situation. Becky and Melissa reached out to me and took care of everything. Now that’s great customer service!!! I highly recommend Adams not only for their excellent work but also for their excellent customer service.

I brought a car I was considering purchasing here from a private seller. David was a big help in getting the car in and helping decide whether the car was a safe buy or not.

I took my 07 Toyota Camry hybrid in. They diagnosed, ordered the parts, and got it running great. They were very friendly and explained all the work they did well. If I have any other problems with that car that's where I'll be going.
